Space enginners unable to download mods

To install Mods, the first step is to have a world already set up on your server. From there, make sure you log into your TCAdmin user panel with the information we provided you with in your verification email. Be sure to stop your server now. Next, go to configuration files.

From there you'll see both configuration files, one for your SpaceEngineers-Dedicated. Therefore, your server will not start. Note 2: If you've uploaded your world, and if it has mods. I'd really love to get this fixed cause this game is so awesome even without mods. If it works, then try subscribing to a few of the same mods on the server your trying to join, and again try starting a new world. Look at your world settings for Mods in the right hand pane. If you see anything that is colored in red, that means the Mod was removed by the author and can't be downloaded. It will be a numeric string like " If this is the case you can either remove the red one from the list, or find its filename in your space engineers mods folder next to your save location, change it's extension to.

Launching a server with no mods works fine and people can join, however when I try to add mods in I get a generic "unable to download mods" error. Is there a way around this or a common fix I am missing?

All the mods download fine in SP and client but it only occurs here.
