You can use the software in the article above to run a free drivers scan — this will tell you the Drivers you need and you can then manually search for, download and install them.
My gateway computer is not connecting to the internet and I called my provider and it shows that my internet connection is good and it says the same on my computer they say it much be my computer that is outdated my model is ED Windows xp how do I fix this.

I wont purchase anything from either if this is the way its handled. Besides the fact I can hardly ever understand who Im talking to. Im gonna start an online protest this is not very user friendly or professionally handled and pc are not cheap. Hope your all happy. Have you tried plugging out the printer entirely and leaving off for a couple of hours — then try again — seems v cimple but sometimes it clears problems like this. Does it switch off and then switch back on?
