Cant download manual mods

I cant install it manually, thats the big problem about it, when i download a mod i click on the link for how to install them, but automatic and manually don't work for me, because when you want to install mods manually you have to download a Special File where you manually put the mods in, but downloading the Special File doesnt work.

At the top there should be the phrase "Initial playset" and just go ahead and click on that and it'll bring up a dropdown menu and search.
